The story of Nicolae Cerkez successful architect is linked to the built of the Headquarters of the Finance Minister on Victoria Boulevard, the State Printing, School of Veterinary Medicine, School of Arts and Crafts, and more importantly the National Bank of Romania. The story of the house is detailed by two granddaughters of Nicolae Cekez: Elisabeta Balaceanu – Stolnici and Alexandra Bucşan in extensive interviews.
